New Features / Enhancements

  • Integrated payment processing for NCR Counterpoint v8.4.6.10 and NCR Secure Pay:
    • Payments and refunds are now processed through NCR Counterpoint
    • Orders download using NCR Counterpoint credit card pay codes
    • Ecommerce order payments now import into NCR Counterpoint as final payments (no more $0 tickets)
    • Changes to orders in NCR Counterpoint are immediately sent to NCR Secure Pay
    • Validated returns from NCR Counterpoint refund the total order amount minus the shipping charge
  • Color swatches on thumbnail pages (Category Listing, Search Results, etc.), where clicking on the swatch swaps the product image, so shoppers can easily see color-specific images while browsing
  • Ability to enter promo code during checkout
  • Access to upload history logs in the NRO Admin Panel
  • Drag-and-drop ordering of categories in the NRO Admin Panel
  • Improved display of non-ecommerce items added to NRO orders after import to Counterpoint
  • The Integration Agent will now retry uploads/downloads up to 3 times in the event of network failure
  • Improved Admin Panel notification wording when a new order amount is declined after order is edited in Counterpoint
  • The Integration Agent (IA) now uses standard rounding (nearest number) instead of banker’s rounding (nearest even number)
  • Invoices for orders paid through NCR Secure Pay can no longer be set to “Captured offline”, to ensure that merchant has visibility for invoices that need to be handled manually
  • Support for additional email domains, for better international support
  • Cardholder name is now sent to SecurePay so this information is visible in the NCR Secure Pay portal
  • Admin Panel Dashboard widget for important messages from the NCR Hosted Apps Team
  • The Integration Agent now sets the URL key for all products during upload (including simple, configurable, and grouped products)
  • The “Apply Coupon” button in the final step of one-page checkout is now disabled when the “Submit Order” button is clicked, to prevent shoppers from trying to apply a coupon while NRO is communicating with SecurePay
  • New option in the NRO Admin Panel to indicate whether NCR Secure Pay is enabled in Counterpoint, allowing Secure Pay testing within Counterpoint without affecting actual NRO orders
  • New AVS-only option for NCR Secure Pay that prevents credit holds for failed AVS/CVV checks

Fixed

  • AvaTax queue sync errors
  • Import error if an NRO order contains a gridded product that has been changed in Counterpoint but not published to NRO
  • Order-level discounts distributed to line items within Counterpoint can cause a penny difference in the order total
  • Partial releases in Counterpoint can cause penny differences in the tax amount when the order is published back to NRO
  • When sharing a wish list via email, the links within the email for “add all items to cart” and “view all wishlist items” are incorrect
  • Changing the order total and discount in Counterpoint can result in voiding of the original NCR Secure Pay pre-authorization for the order, when the order is published back to NRO
  • Attribute value sort order changes made in the NRO Admin Panel are reset by the Integration Agent at the next upload from Counterpoint
  • Error when publishing an order from Counterpoint to NRO when the order is edited in Counterpoint to add a non-ecommerce item
  • HTML bullet lists do not work properly on the store home page
  • Deleting an ecommerce category in Counterpoint doesn’t delete or disable the category in NRO
  • Clicking the “What’s This” link on the storefront account login page grays out the page, but the pop-up window doesn’t appear, so the page has to be manually refreshed in order to continue
  • In certain cases, orders containing one or more items with alternate units import with the incorrect unit
  • NRO stock-related product attributes that are custom-mapped to Counterpoint numeric profile fields do not upload correctly
  • Pressing the Enter key after entering a discount code on the final step of one-page checkout causes the checkout page to reload
  • Under certain conditions, an error occurs when viewing the product detail page, if the page is accessed directly from a link/bookmark
